Privacy Policy
This policy explains what EPrintCheque collects, why it is collected, and the control you keep over it. In short: your cheque data stays on your machine, and we only hold what you deliberately send us.
Information we collect
We collect only what you give us directly. That means the name, email address, company, phone number and message you submit through our contact form, and the licence details you provide when you buy. We do not collect the contents of your cheques, your payees, your bank accounts or your printing history.
Where your application data lives
EPrintCheque is a desktop application. Every company database, cheque template and printing record is stored locally on your own computer in encrypted form. None of it is transmitted to us, and we have no ability to read it. If you enable the optional encrypted backup, the backup file is created under your control and stored where you choose.
How we use your information
Contact details are used to answer your enquiry, provide support, and where relevant, to issue and manage your licence. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for it.
Retention
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to support you and to keep a record of the conversation. Licence records are kept for as long as the licence is active and for the period required for accounting purposes afterwards. You may ask us to delete your enquiry history at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Write to azizbinullah@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Because your cheque data never reaches us, requests of that kind are handled entirely on your own machine.
Security measures
Local databases are encrypted at rest. Access to your companies is controlled by roles you define. Every issue, void and reprint is written to a tamper-evident audit log. On our side, enquiry traffic is rate limited, validated and sanitised before it is processed.
